BizPie provides 7 days a week support. BizPie's support staffs are available for the most of our clients' business hours. If you need any non-emergency support, please contact BizPie Technical support at least one day prior to the desired service implementation date. Any billing or accounts payable questions must be forwarded during the normal business hours (9am-9pm in Pacific Standard Time, Mon-Friday).

BizPie publishes all its how to manuels on its web site. Any questions regarding how to use  BizPie's POS software should be directed to this website manuels. However, if you need further informations or questions, please call technical support.  BizPie will be aware of  most of the software problems before you notice them since all of BizPie's softwares are reside in BizPie's main server.
